Protect Gray Wolves!
Summary from the Humane World for Animals Action Alert to Advocate for Gray Wolves Protections:
As of mid-December 2025, the U.S. House of Representatives voted to remove gray wolves from federal Endangered Species Act protections across the lower 48 states. It’s crucial that your Senators hear from you now, voicing that you OPPOSE the Pet and Livestock Protection Act (H.R. 845/S. 1306).
Why this Matters:
Gray wolves have been facing continued threats to their safety and survival, and need your support now more than ever. Without the federal Endangered Species Act protections for gray wolves nationwide, wolves would be vulnerable to inhumane and cruel wildlife management practices as well as increased trophy hunting.
Take Action:
Please make a brief, polite phone call to your two Senators and encourage them to vote NO on this bill that would remove protections for wolves.
